Static bike/spin bike: These are not only great for building leg muscle — with the option to increase resistance as you increase in strength — but they also provide you with a great cardiovascular workout too.
Seated leg curl machine: This isolation exercise targets two primary muscle groups: the calf muscles and the hamstrings.
Calf raise machine: This is another resistance machine, this time working the calf muscles.
BACK/SHOULDERS
Lat pulldown machine: This exercise is done to strengthen the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back.
ARMS
Cable biceps bar: A good option for beginners, this is an isolation exercise using a cable machine that works the biceps muscle.
Cable triceps bar: This is like the cable biceps bar but focuses on your triceps instead.
Pull up bar: Pull-ups are an upper body exercise that works not only your back and biceps, but will also target core and shoulders muscles as well.
CHEST
Chest press machine: An upright version of the standard lying bench press machine. This builds the pectoral muscles as well as the biceps, deltoids, and lats.
Low-pulley cable: Low to Mid Chest Flies are one of the most effective exercises for shaping and toning the lower pectoris major.
Pec deck: An effective machine designed to increase strength and muscle mass in the chest, along with the chest’s supporting muscles.
CORE
Hanging leg raise: An isolation exercise working the abdominal muscles and hip flexors.
Bench press: An upper-body weight training exercise pressing a weight upwards while lying on a weight training bench. Working the pecs, deltoids, and triceps.

Rowing machine: Offers a full body workout as well as being a great cardiovascular exercise too.
Free weights:There are a wide variety of exercises which can be performed using free weights which can target each individual part of the body.
Punch bag: Your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and muscular strength will all benefit greatly from using a punch bag. No body part will be spared: boxing is demanding on your upper body, lower body, and core, and the fat sizzlingnature of the workout reveals lean muscle like no other.
